The Hillview Senior Citizens Complex was conceived and developed by James L. Whitis. It was Mr. Whitis' desire to provide clean and affordable housing for the seniors and disabled of our area. This vision has been accomplished, and continues to serve the senior and disabled citizens of the community.

Juanita Wolfe was selected by Indiana Rual Economic Community Development as Senior Apartment Manager of the year 2002 for the state of Indiana.

Hillview has a caring and capable staff with approximately 80 years of combined apartment management experience. Hillview Apartments operates with high emphasis on the well being of our residents, and reflects a priority on a family atmosphere with care and concern for all who come through our doors. Our staff is on site 5 days a week.
